How wonderful and gratfying is it to be with you on this great page. I am profoundly honoured and exceedingly humbled by your commitment and dedication to be a apart of our foundation. On behalf of LUCOF UGANDA, I welcome you to this website and I thank all our dedicated workers and volunteers all over the Uganda and globally who are working very hard to take this great organisation to another level.

Each one of us has an exquisite power within us and can have a significant impact on the world around us. As I look back and recall, I feel a sense of pride in all that we have achieved at LUCOF. It has been a time filled with joy and happiness, of memories shared and milestones achieved. We started off with a mixture of thoughts, ideas and aspirations which have mingled beautifully to come together as a single focused entity, with the aim to excellence in all fields.

Patience and perseverance are the keys to success and we at LUCOF firmly believe in both. We shall always persevere to better ourselves and will patiently move on, reaching one milestone after another. Good things happen to those willing to put in the effort, exercise discipline and make the sacrifices that personal and professional greatness demands. Life favours the devoted and behind extraordinary achievements is always an extraordinary effort. We need to keep taking little steps each day as we march towards our biggest goals. As the days slip into weeks and the weeks into months, our constant efforts leads us to a place called extraordinary which is our destination.

The vision of LUCOF started way back in 2009, after we lost the late Lubega Cosmas in late 2009. He had executed remarkable community development work since the late 1980s, and that legacy had to continue. it was legally registered in 2014, together with my other founding members, decided to make LUBEGA COSMAS FOUNDATION UGANDA, a non governmental organisation. Recalling our role to compliment government programs in order to improve the well being of the Ugandan people and to have a collective voice when addressing pertinent development issues of a social and/or economic nature.

Our goal is  human livelihoods first; ensure sustainable community development, with a noitceable improvement in the livelihoods of the poor people. LUCOF  was founded to tackle the so many challenges facing vulnerable children, vulnerable women and aged people, vulnerable youth, as well as ensuring that mother nature is protected in Uganda.

I hope you enjoy looking around this site and I hope you gain a glimpse of all the information about LUCOF UGANDA. I thank all of you for your ongoing support and I welcome all people with good helping hearts to join us bring about positive community outcomes in this part of the world.
