Profile

Lubega Cosmas Foundation (LUCOF), human livelihoods first, is a not-for-profit non-governmental charity organization that was created in response to the urgent need to solve the problems facing the poorest communities in the rural, semi urban and urban areas of Uganda. The establishment of LUCOF was inspired by the activities of the late Lubega Cosmas, who had implemented many programs to help reduce poverty in Wakiso, Luwero, Masaka and Mpigi districts.
