Mitolo Classic ‘Savitar’ Shiraz 2021 carinyena The goal is to produce
Description
The goal is to produce wines that are a reflection of the vineyard
in my view
and wrapped by fruit and acidity
The finish offers length and lift in a classic style
refined acidity and nuanced aromas of mango and lime
Mitolo Classic ‘Savitar’ Shiraz 2021 carinyena The goal is to produceThe wine does express its regional origin courtesy of the earthy dark chocolate subtext but the question is why was it necessary to end up with such high alcohol; savoury bitter chocolate prune blackberry and liquorice are the drivers of the palate.
